Requests, Tips, Autographs, Mail
Svitlana Dudenko does not respond to requests for advice, criticism of other artists’ works, autographs or personalized messages.

Art Restoration and Conservation
Questions concerning the conservation or restoration of works of art should be directed to the dealer, qualified fine art handler, or conservation professional.

Copyright and Copyright goods
Svitlana Dudenko retains full copyright to all images of her work. Requests for reproductions of images of an artist’s work should be submitted using our Reproduction Request form. Failure to obtain permission to reproduce images of copyrighted material will result in legal action.

Please note that those museums that produce merchandise including posters, postcards, prints or any other items for sale can only do so with the permission of the artist. Please review our policy regarding the reproduction of images of the artist’s work.

Unauthorized reproduction of images of the artist’s work on materials for sale is strictly monitored and will result in legal action and prosecution to the fullest extent of copyright and trademark infringement laws.

Warning about NFTs (Non-Reciprocal Tokens)

Svitlana Dudenko does not participate or cooperate in the creation of any NFT (Non-Fungible Tokens). Any NFT of Dudenko’s work or derivative of his work or work purportedly developed by Svitlana Dudenko is not genuine, authorized or legal.

Do not create, publish, sell or buy Dudenko’s alleged NFTs or derivatives, as this will expose you to legal action if you do. Upon identification of any such NFT, we will remove it and reverse the transaction or remove the NFT from the blockchain.

Reproduction of prints

Svitlana Dudenko retains the copyright to all images of her works. Permission to use images of Svetlana Dudenko’s works in the production of posters, prints, postcards or other paraphernalia is strictly limited.

Svitlana Dudenko does not provide or permit “reproduction of prints” for personal use, nor does Svitlana Dudenko provide images of her work for retail or commercial projects other than as noted above.

Requests for the purchase of merchandise, including authorized postcards and posters, should be directed to the institutions associated with the exhibitions of the work or to those institutions that own the work in question. Please note: a “reproduction” or “poster” is not considered the artist’s artwork.

Identification of works
We do not verify the authenticity and do not provide certificates of authenticity of the works.

Svitlana Dudenko retains the copyright to all images of her work. Requests to create publications about Svitlana Dudenko, which contain images of the artist’s works, should be sent using the Reproduction Request form. Provide all relevant information about the project, including publication date, circulation, publisher, etc.
