Key Experience

Svitlana Dudenko has extensive experience working as an author and art director on image projects, in artistic and decorative design of spaces and urban festive events, as well as in the organization and conduct of art exhibitions.

Architect, designer, painter, graphic artist, lecturer in materials science, attribution and restoration of cultural artifacts, researcher of porcelain and ceramics products, researcher of porcelain and ceramics, expert in cultural heritage evaluation, candidate of technical sciences. Founder and curator of the Kharkiv “Smalta” Art Gallery, Honored Artist of Ukraine, member of the National Creative Unions of Designers and Artists, Honorary Citizen of the City of Kharkiv, founder and lecturer of the course “Materials Science for Monumental Artists” (in collaboration with B. Kosaryev and others) at Kharkiv State Academy of Design and Fine Arts. Author of reference editions on porcelain and faience, as well as other books, publications, and brochures.

1987 Obtained a degree of candidate of technical sciences in materials science

1987 – 1996 lecturer of the Department of monumental and decorative arts at Kharkiv State Academy of Design and Arts

1996 – 2022 Chief artist of the city of Kharkiv

2001 – 2011 Lecturer of the course “Attribution of Antique Objects.” In 2008, obtained the title of Associate Professor of Commodity Science in Customs Affairs at Kharkiv State University of Food Technology and Trade
